Well, I received the necklaces slightly damaged and still have yet to receive the correct bracelets. After about 4 or 5 emails, I was able to return the bracelets and was promised that my necklaces and replacement bracelets were on the way. Someone reached out to me, very apologetic and said they were working on the issue. I was able to find a contact section and voiced my disappointment. I went to try to start the return/replacement process and the return page only came up as an error. By the January 2nd, I received the package for the bracelets, only to find that the bracelets were both gold, which is not what I ordered. The two bracelets I ordered said it would arrive towards the end of January due to the crafting of the bracelets. When ordered, the tracking said the necklaces would arrive 2 days before Christmas, then 2 days before new years eve, but I did not receive the necklaces until the end of January. They'll blame you for the quality of their product and then try to give you store credit. On top of that there are two large bubbles and one smaller bubble towards the bottom of the photo, obscuring the image.When you have issues, they don't allow you to contact anyone in customer service over the phone you can only contact customer service through email which is also a joke. They send you a copy of the photo you submitted and it's not even like that in that copy. The circle viewer you use when ordering must be off because half of one dog's face is blurred out. BUYER BEWARE: Junk products with horrible customer service.Bought the bracelet with a photo of two dogs.
